OUR APPROACH TO THE EXECUTION OF PROJECTS

GANWA CONSULTING AND DEVELOPMENT has a pool of experienced professional, skilled and unskilled personnel base that are appointed on a project to project basis.  The strength of our business is in project management and construction, and this is largely managed and executed by Thami Ninela.  Before the project is executed, the organization works closely with the following experts to ensure that the project can be successfully undertaken in time, quality, and within costs:-

 Quantity surveyor
 Engineers (geotechnical, civil, and etc)
 Financial advisors
 Township planers
 Researchers (socio-economics, facilitators, community liaison officers, & etc)
 Material suppliers and Logistics

Once a project is deemed of be feasible and time frames and programmes are set, a project field supervisor is then appointed to report on a day to day running and progress on project specifics. Depending on the project local protocol, local labour is appointed following due process whilst the project administration is handled in house to sought out the following:-

• Acquire specifications / tenders
• Assess and quote on projects
o Quantity surveyor
o Artisan
o Financial advisor
o Material suppliers
o Logistics
• Project resources
o Finances (bridging finance)
o Equipment
o Plants and etc

• Assign responsibilities

All this then leads us to PROJECT EXECUTION AND PROJECT SUCCESS 
 
Experience

Ganwa Consulting and Development has considerable knowledge in housing development.
