The Team
Thami Ninela, (Managing Director – Project and Construction Management, and New Business Development), holds Diploma in Specialist Project Management, National Higher Certificate in Project initiation to Project Close-out, and NQF level 5 – Management of Civil Engineering Construction Processes (Management of Labour Intensive Construction Projects) (U003247/07), and finalizing his Diploma in Business Management (Business Management 3, and Economics 1).
He has worked for a number of years and organizations in the field of Community based projects where the duties inter-alai included - organization of projects for the communities by bringing Local Government to the people, facilitation of community projects. Also has worked in the Development projects and Masakhane Road-shows, establishing contacts with the Local Government structures, training and development of the communities.
Thami Ninela has also worked in the construction project management field where duties included - Co-ordination and organization of projects to help people house themselves, facilitation of community involvement to ensure informed choices, initiation of new housing projects, conducting social evaluation of projects, attending housing co-ordination and site meetings, preparation of applications for funding to DOHS (Department of Human Settlements), presentation of workshops to stakeholders on housing policies and housing development processes, preparation of reports on project specifics, assume responsibility for the facilitation of designated projects in terms of potential and approved projects.
Developing relationships with all stakeholders in relation to housing. Has also been largely involved in project monitoring and evaluation in relation to project budgeting and keeping into project programs, scope and value for money.
Nhlanhla Ngomane joined Ganwa Development as Managing member in February of 2016. He brings a lot of business experienced, having owned and managed a number of businesses, including construction, Waste Management and Social Entrepreneurship organisation. He hold a Bsc in Medical Science , a Master’s in Public Health and Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Gibbs School of Business. He is responsible for organisational compliance and business development including finance and budgeting.
